 Pawana Hospital team will come at sight for medical checkup in a stipulated (pre decided) time if employees are more than 50 if employee is absent on the day of check up, he has to visit hospital in hospital timing. Disposables & chemicals required will be provided by Pawana Hospital. On the day of medical checkup employee must follow required premedical checkup. Instructions (e.g Do not eat 12 hrs) when infirmed by hospital previously. Reports well lie kept ready after 8 days of completion of employees checkup & will be send to company by hospital.

• We can provide additional Test/Investigation/procedures/Consultations at request or if required. These will be billed separately in additional to the package payment.
• You are advised to observe minimum 12 hours to maximum 13 hours of fasting and abstinence from consuming alcohol. Hence it is recommended that you do not eat or drink anything after 8.00PM the previous night. You can take sips of water on the morning of the Health check.
• Please bring your morning stool and urine sample along with you on the date of the Health check. One can collect the containers from the Health check Department in advance as per their convenience.
• In case you are under certain daily medication (eg for blood pressure),then you can take your medication with water and inform the same to the Health Check Executives before commencing the Health Check. You can also carry along medication(eg for diabetes) and take it as per your regular schedule.
• In case you are under certain medication and/or are suffering from previous disease, you are advised to bring the previous Medical Record.
• The PAP Smear Test for females cannot be done during Menses (Periods).For further details, Please contact our Health Check Executives.
• Inhalers & oral Bronchodilators for Asthama or Bronchitis should preferably be avoided on the day of the Check-up for better lung Function Test results.
• You Patient should be without contact lenses before 24 hours for eye check-up, You need to fast for 12 hours before your Health Check- no eating or drinking anything except plain water. Do not take any medicines, do not smoke, do not drink alcohol for 12 hours before the check up. Beta blockers should be stopped 48 hours before your check up. Do not wear contact lenses for 24 hours before the check up-you can carry your reading glasses with you.
• In case you are diabetic, you should carry your medicines with you and you can take them after breakfast
• Bring all your medical records with you.
• Wear loose clothing, preferably a two piece and footwear that you can remove easily. Do not wear jewellery.
• Men should be shave their chest hair for better result in the ECG and stress tests.

• No.X-ray to be done if you are pregnant or suspect that you are pregnant
• Do not make an appointment for a Health check during menstrual periods
